Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: You may request an exchange within 3 days from the date of receipt.
  • Shipping Fees: The customer bears the cost of shipping for exchanges unless the product is defective or does not match the description.
  • Conditions: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Custom-made products are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective.

Contact us within 3 days through the contact page or by email, clarifying the reason for the exchange and attaching a photo of the product if needed. We will send you the shipping instructions after reviewing the request.

Return Policy

Returns are not accepted except in the following cases:

  • A clear manufacturing defect.
  • A significant mismatch with the description, photos, or agreed specifications.

In these cases, we cover the full cost of the return or exchange, and the customer is compensated immediately once the product is verified.
